One Pot Chicken Broccoli Pasta - Rotisserie Chicken

Here is another one pot meal. This one is the perfect way to use your left over rotisserie chicken or any other chicken left over from a previous meal. Give it try. - Michele

* 1/2 cup left over rotisserie chicken
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp pepper
* 1 tsp dried oregano
* 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
* 1 lb uncooked rotini or similar shape
* 3/4 cup heavy cream
* 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
* 2 cups broccoli florets
* 1 tsp minced garlic cloves

Instructions
* Add chicken, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, pasta and broth to a deep pan or a pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce the heat to medium low.
* Cook for 4 minutes
* Add broccoli, 1/2 cup of chicken broth and water, stir and cook another 4-6 mins. Cook until pasta is al dente.
* Add cream and parmesan
* Mix all ingredients together until it is nice and creamy.
* Garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh Italian parsley.
