Ukraine War: Russia using rape as a 'weapon', says Ukraine's first lady

Speaking at an international conference to tackle sexual violence during conflicts, Ukraine's first lady said rape is a "weapon" being used systematically and openly by Russian forces in the war in Ukraine.
