Squat Workout Post Rhabdo (read description)

Back to training somewhat “hard” yesterday. Squats full ROM, nowhere near failure.

Gonna see a lot less machines, more athletic movements so I can have a healthy and limber STRONG body and so that I can better demonstrate athletic movements at @legacyatcarbon .

Lifting was great. The only issue after rhabdo is muscular endurance but that will come back very soon.

Let’s crush some goals today!
