Cooking with Swiss Chard - 17jun2022

Hey Ya'll. I'm cooking Swiss Chard Today. For those unfamiliar with this leafy green it can be compared and substituted for spinach. It cooks down in much the same way. It has a slight tartness but makes a very hardy meal. Hope you enjoy this video. Think about adding this vegetable to your garden.
