The body of the three-layer glass reactor is composed of three layers of glass, which can provide stirring function and control the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution. The inner interlayer of the triple-wall glass reactor is used for circulating heating or cooling, and the outer interlayer is used for vacuum insulation. The cooling or heating temperature of the materials in the reactor can be kept as far as possible under the vacuum condition of the outer interlayer.

Triple-wall glass reactors offer significant performance advantages at low temperatures when compared with double wall glass reactor, it not only allowing faster cooling times, but also can provide another important benefit. It is three layer reactor body does not frost which will has only slight condensation.

Because the reaction material status can be clearly seen by using triple-wall glass reactor when under low temperature conditions, the surface of the double jacketed glass kettle will be covered with frost, the state of the reaction material in the kettle will not be visible.
