Marry Me Chicken | ONE PAN MEAL

We have been on a one pot, one pan meal kick and we have been seeing this recipe pop up all over the place. We decided to give it a try and add our own little twist to it. It turned out pretty good! It is definitely a repeat recipe. - Michele

Ingredients:
- 1/4 C flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 TBSP oil
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 C heavy cream
- 1 C parmesan cheese
- 1/3 C sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 C chicken broth
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lb chicken
- 1/2 tsp oregano

Instructions:
Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Coat chicken cutlets (cubed or sliced) with flour mixture and set aside. On medium heat, combine the oil and butter until butter is melted. Add chicken cutlets and cook until golden brown and reaches 165 degrees. Add minced garlic. Deglaze the pan with chicken broth. Lower the heat and add in parmesan cheese and heavy cream. As sauce thickens, add red pepper flakes, oregano and sun dried tomatoes. Warm and serve!
