Start of a 48 Hour Fast for Mental Health

Main notes from video:
Start time 2:45pm Nov. 27, 2022.
Water fast for 2, possibly 3, days.
Previous longest fast was 36 hours. I remember feeling clear, and my background headache and stomache ache was gone. Felt more at peace.
Will use electrolytes, salt, magnesium threonate, vitamins.
How I feel going into it: foggy, low-ish mood, low motivation, low concentration.
Also doing no phone. Only checking 1x per day because no one really contacts me anyway and using my phone too much makes me feel bad.
Excited to see how it goes and how I feel during and after the fast.
