'It's always nice to hear such rumours!' | Cody Gakpo on rumours linking him with Manchester United

Netherlands player Cody Gakpo, who scored in the first two World Cup matches, said on Sunday in Doha that he hasn't reached his highest level yet.

"I'm not surprised (on his performance). I know what I'm capable of, but it's always a challenge to reach your highest level that's possible. And I think I'm not there yet. I think I can improve in a lot of things," said 23-year-old Gakpo.

Netherlands are in Group A alongside host Qatar, Senegal and Ecuador.

The squad led by head coach Louis van Gaal currently have 4 points and will be facing Qatar on November 29th at Al Bayt stadium.
