Hey Guy’s! Welcome back to my channel. Today’s video is another addition for my DinnerTime Playlist.
My Saturday Night Special Dinner consists of Peel and Eat Garlic and Lemon Pepper Shrimp, Homemade Pasta Side and Golden Fried Chicken.
Since it’s the last dinner of the weekend with Greg Jordan and the kids being here they wanted another one of my meals before heading home.

Peel and Eat Garlic and Lemon Pepper Shrimp:
The shrimp that I used in this video is two bags of frozen jumbo shrimp from Walmart.
They were already deveined so we defrosted and washed them. Be sure to drain them thoroughly and dry them with paper towels so that they fry better when you are cooking them.
1 Stick Butter
3 Cloves Fresh Garlic, cut in slices
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Garlic Salt
Old Bay Seasoning

Heat a medium size skillet until good and hot. Add butter and let it melt then cook until it’s clarified.
When you clarify butter you cook it until all of the cream is cooked away and the butter is mostly clear.
Add the garlic and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the dried shrimp to the skillet. Add in the 3 ingredients for the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Cook until the shrimp are done, a pink color but do not overcook.

Homemade Pasta Sides:
1, 16 Ounce Box Penne Pasta, cooked and drained
4 Tablespoons Butter or Avocado Oil
2 Cans Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
1 Teaspoon Slap Ya Mama Seasoning
1 to 2 Teaspoons Chicken Bouillon
Heavy Whipping Cream and Cheese are optional
Cook pasta and drain it. Add all of the ingredients to the pot and mix together. Add more seasoning to your liking if necessary.

Fried Chicken:
2 Large Packs Chicken Wings from Sam’s
Black Pepper
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Garlic Salt
8 Packs Sazon Seasoning
Dried Parsley
Pink Himalayan Salt
Wash and pluck feathers off of the chicken
Season chicken and let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Overnight will produce delicious fried chicken.

Flour Coating:
Get a large plastic container, preferably one that has a lid.
Fill halfway with flour. Plain or Self Rising will work.
Add:
Dried Parsley
Granulated Garlic
Black Pepper
Smoked Paprika
Ground Mustard
Ground Sage
Mix together with a whisk. Set aside until you are ready to fry the chicken.

Once you are ready to cook the chicken bring the oil temp up to 200 in your Turkey Fryer.
Dredge chicken in seasoned flour and drop into the hot oil. Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165-170 using a thermometer.
Drain on paper towels until cool then enjoy your dinner. Enjoy!
