波特蘭商店關閉，在前門張貼告示，猛烈抨擊猖獗的犯罪："城市處於危險之中"。

Rampant的中譯就是"猖獗"；意味著某些不好的事情(例如犯罪或疾病)，非常普遍並且正在以不受控制的方式增加。
