Why China's COVID protesters hold up blank paper

The rare protests in Chinese cities and universities over its ongoing COVID lockdowns are continuing to boil. The protesters are also turning to an unusual symbol of defiance to evade authorities: blank sheets of white paper. Matthew Larotonda reports.
