Operation Dark Winter & Government Failure

Operation Dark Winter was a simulation that the USAF and government ran on a Smallpox Bio Attack in three separate states on the same day. It covers how fast it would spread and the challenges to curve the spread, media communications and trust in the government as well as the health system not being able to handle a surge in patients. It also states that a contagious bioweapon pathogen, that containing the spread will present significant ethical, political, cultural, operational, and legal challenges. This looks o lot like what started in 2020 and is still going on just without a 30% death rate like in smallpox. Stay Safe.
