Are you having difficulty falling and staying asleep at night?
Although there are many reasons we have difficulty sleeping, one of the most frequent problems is TOO MUCH THINKING. When we think too heavily before bedtime, we ENERGIZE our brains. Our brains have TOO MANY Beta brainwave frequencies, which involve being awake, alert, anxious, and overstimulated.
Sleep involves lower brainwave frequencies: Theta and Delta. Theta brainwaves occur in deep meditation, light sleep, and the Dream State. Delta Waves only happen in the deepest sleep phase, where we are unconscious. If we wish to have the best, most healthy, and most replenishing sleep, we must be able to transition from Beta Brainwaves to Delta Brainwaves efficiently.
Binaural Beats are a wonderful tool to help us train our brains to propagate certain and specific brainwave frequencies. This training process is called Brain Entrainment. If you listen to a Binaural Beat that is 4 Hz, theoretically, the brain will increase its levels of 4 Hz delta brainwaves. The Trick is to find out where our brains are getting stuck and play the precise frequencies that will help our brains transition states more easily.
For instance, are you having trouble being awake, alert, over-stimulated, or anxious before bed? Even if you feel tired, your brain might carry too many beta brainwaves, preventing your body from shutting down and getting the proper rest it needs. In that case, I suggest developing dominant Alpha brainwaves, which are strongly present when awake but relaxed. We can achieve this by building a habit of meditation before bedtime, turning off bright screens and electronics that keep us awake, and relaxing an hour or two before bedtime.
Listening to the proper Binaural Beats before bedtime during meditation can prepare your body for deep sleep. After a few days of a good nighttime routine, your body will naturally begin winding down around the same time every night. If you continue the positive habits that promote better sleep, your ENTIRE LIFE WILL BE DRAMATICALLY IMPROVED. Sleep is the most important recovery factor on the planet. Without good sleep, our brains and bodies do not have all the resources they need to function at their highest potential.
