Drink This Elixer Before and After the Holidays! 🍗🥧🍕🍰🍨

Some holidays have passed and some are coming up and you've been naughty, or you plan to be. You want to prep your gut before you go off the rails, or your stomach already hurts and you've fallen off track toward your clean eating goal. No problemo! Just drink this "delicious" elixir to get your digestion back on track!
It's just warm water mixed with
-a couple splashes of raw apple cider vinegar
- a couple squishes of lemon
- a sprinkle of cinnamon
The flavor is quite intense, but you can add a bit of
- honey (preferably manuka) and mix! If you can drink a cocktail, you can handle this!*
