In a fluvoxamine trial of people who came down with COVID, people were offered the option to take or pass on the drug.

Despite the hurdle of people feeling sicker opting in and people feeling okay opting out, the people who opted in on fluvoxamine had better outcomes than the people who did not.

But even with astounding results, the FDA denied EUA for fluvoxamine. "It wasn't a randomized trial." Over a year later, that same FDA granted EUA to the bivalent booster tested in eight mice...
