Spritz Biondo
3 oz (90ml) Prosecco
2 oz (60ml) Nonino Aperitivo
1 oz (30ml) Soda Water
Method: Build this drink directly into a wine glass by pouring the three ingredients above over ice and stir to mix.
Garnish with half an orange slice.

Aviano
.75oz (22.5ml) Gin
.75oz (22.5ml) Nonino Aperitivo
.75oz (22.5ml) Nonino Amaro Quintessentia
.75oz (22.5ml) Fresh Lemon juice
Method: Shake the four ingredients above for a few seconds and double strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange peel.
