Easy Chicken Broccoli Alfredo | OVEN BAKED MEAL

This chicken broccoli alfredo pasta was inspired by the the famous "Tik Tok Feta Pasta". We have people in the family who do not like feta cheese but we really like the idea of being able to create an entire meal in one pan. From this recipe, we got inspiration to use cream cheese in the same fashion as the feta was used in the "Tik Tok Pasta". The FAM liked it so it was a success.  - Michele

INGREDIENTS
1/2 stick of butter, melted
8 oz block cream cheese
2 cups broccoli florets, washed
1 cup chicken, cooked and cubed or shredded
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 garlic cloves
2 tsp parsley
8 oz pasta, cooked according to package directions
1/2 cup heavy cream, more if needed

• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Place BUTTER in 10.5" x 7" baking dish and place in the oven while it preheats to melt the butter. Remove from the oven once the butter is melted.
• Add the salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and chicken broth to the pan and mix to combine with the butter. Sprinkle the broccoli florets, chicken and parmesan cheese. Place the cream cheese block in the center of the pan.

• Bake 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, add heavy cream and stir. Toss in pasta and serve hot.
