Woman branded the worse mother for driving on a motorway with complete disregard for the law

The woman driving has let her young daughter sit in the front seat without a seatbelt on.
It's debatable whether a child who looks so young should be allowed to sit in the front seat without a child seat.

But to let them sit in the front without even a seatbelt to protect them is extremely negligent.
Even worse, the young girl is visibly jumping around in the front passenger seat rather than remaining on her seat.
