Delaware's Students are Failing Reading and Math

Jim Weldin explains that our schools have failed to teach Delaware students the skills needed to succeed in our economy. More than 1/2 graduate without reading on grade level. And, 1 in 4 have the math skills they need to take on lots of jobs that make our economy work. We have a problem in our public schools.
