My full day of eating….
How I eat 4000 calories a day! My bodybuilding diet!

What I eat to build muscle!

Is this the most optimal full day of eating? No! It sometimes we need to get stuff done!

Meal 1 - subway footlong/ I have been working away and on the road it was either this or a packet of walkers crisps! We are bulking! Leave it out.

Meal 2 - chicken and rice and all things nice. 100g raw weight rice and 250g of chicken

Meal 3 / protein yogurts! Beautiful

Meal 4 - total dirt!!! Cheat meal with the girlfriend! Had to be done. But I did eat 250g of Bavette steak!

Meal 5 - chicken and a bit of veg so no one can cry!
