The SECONDARY GAIN is that you make sure to feel sad in advance to be prepared for any disapointment.

I lived my whole life in waiting for something I created to be stolen from me.

if you can imagine a dark board the bullseye in the middle is anxiety- the entire board is not anxiety.

When you see the bullseye in happiness

then the sadness is not present!

When you try to manifest by trying not to be disappointed.

YOUR BULLSEYE IS DISAPPOINTMENT.
