Turkey Bone Broth

The big day is over and now you have a huge turkey carcass to dispose of. Don’t throw it into the garbage, you can make liquid gold with it. I’ll show you how I make turkey bone broth in this video. Tune in tomorrow for the Canning demo. Here are the ingredients:
 Leftover turkey, bones, skin, and meat
 1 gallon of water
1 carrot chunked large
2 stalks celery chunked large
1 large onion, halved
3-4 garlic cloves, whole
3 bay leaves
Optional: 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Cook over low heat or in a slow cooker for at least 24 hours.
Makes 8 pints or 4 quarts.
