Aligning people with the business strategy is challenging but necessary. I had the honor of interviewing Carson Pue from Quadrant Leadership. He is an executive mentor and often called upon by C-Suite leaders to serve as their thinking catalyst for tough strategic situations that define the impact and legacy of their organizations. He is also an author of Mentoring Leaders: Wisdom for Developing Calling, Character and Competency and three other titles.

Carson shared insights on current leadership challenges and opportunities. We had a discussion on the impact of current disruption on leadership teams and workplace environment. He also shared his experience from recent conferences, discussions with other leaders and the impact of organization culture.
