It is calm when it perches on the leaves of a teak tree (Tectona grandis) at night. The skin tone is not striking because it blends with the color of the leaves. When moving from one leaf to another, the path is slow, making it easier to capture with the camera.

The color changes to brownish yellow as soon as it moves to dry leaves. It is the green-crested chameleon, the lizard that can change the color of its body based on the color of the place where it is or according to the environment's emotional state, light, temperature, and humidity.
