Slumpbuster Recipe

Hook: TMC 5263 #4-10
Cone: Sized to hook, Gold
Thread: 3/0 Monocord
Rib: Rib Wire
Body: Sparkle Braid
Wing: Pine Squirrel Strip
Collar: Pine Squirrel Strip, wrapped
Slumpbuster step-by-steps:
Place the cone on the hook and slide it up to the eye. Start the thread behind the cone and wrap a thread base back to the bend. Return the thread to just behind the cone.

Tie in both the wire and the sparkle braid at the front of the hook and wrap back over both of them to the bend. Return the thread to the front of the hook.

Part the hair on a squirrel strip and tie it in on top of the shank at the bend of the hook.
