Ingredients:

• 1 package (400g) of milk cookies or cornstarch
• 1 liter of milk
• 2 cups of chocolate powder
• 2 cups of sugar (refined or demerara)
• 1 cup of very strong strained coffee
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 can (300g) of table cream and without serum

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a pan, except the cream and heat until it thickens.

Remove the cream from the heat, wait for it to cool a little and add the cream without the whey. Mix very well without beating, until everything is homogeneous.

On a platter, arrange the cookies and cream in layers.

Finish with the cream, wait to cool and refrigerate.

Before serving, sprinkle with chocolate powder or chocolate shavings.
