Very EASY Creamy Cauliflower Soup from Scratch | Granny's Kitchen Recipes

Extremely easy cauliflower creamy soup made from scratch. So delicious!

Cauliflower Soup Recipe :

Ingredients:
1 sliced cauliflower
2 sliced carrots
2 cloves of garlic
half of yellow bell pepper
5 tbsp of greek style yoghurt or sour cream
1 tbsp white flour
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable seasoning
1 tsp Oil
1 chicken stock cube
Optional: dill, parsley

Directions :

Add all ingredients in a medium sized pot, top with water to cover the veggie.
Boil on medium heat.
When the soup starts boiling you can add salt, pepper, vegetable seasoning and the stock cube, add half teaspoon of oil in the water.
Give it 30-40 minutes to boil on medium heat and after the carrots and cauliflower are thoroughly cooked start mixing the yoghurt / sour cream with the flour. Make sure there are no lumps.
Add around 10 tablespoons of liquid from the soup onto the flour mix to make it thinner and mix well to avoid any lumps.
Add the mix to the soup, slowly and at the same time with the hand which is free mix in the soup well, that's how you avoid lumps.
Allow 10 more minutes of boiling time.
Sprinkle dill and parsley and the soup is ready to serve.
