If looking to build quads, stimulate the CORE and make your knees healthy AF, look no further than @slantboardguy Goblet Squats.
The angle targets your VMO and lets your knees track over your toes. It also reduces hip strain and allows immobile or longer limb folks to get into a deep squat. The benefits are more muscle stimulation for those interested in building lean mass and for those playing sports, a healthier knee.
The kettlebell or dumbbell will help to engage your core and add load to your legs.
