House Prices to fall 15% | UK Housing Market 2022 | Saj Hussain

After the Mini Budget was delivered by Kwasi Kwarteng The new Chancellor of the Exchequer the value of the Pound fell to a record low against the Dollar. The market lost confidence in the Governments lack of clarity on how it was going to fund these massive costs. The Bank of England has stepped in and warned it will increase interest rates. At the same time, Credit Suisse has published a report saying prop prices could fall 15% in the next 18 months!
