Here’s a beginner steel club workout for you to try.

Work for 50 seconds and take a 10 second rest between exercises.

Complete all 4 exercises, then, take a 60 seconds rest and complete a 2nd set. Remember to change your grip on the 2nd set.

1. Arm Cast
2. Swing
3. Flag Press
4. Shoulder Clean
