The Hell Of Daily Noise NW5 : Pneumatic Drills : 27 Feb 2014 : 17.56hrs

Whilst noise ran throughout Bacton Tower block NW5 with daily heavy drilling and hammering from heating system works, residents were at the same time being exposed to daily pneumatic drilling from Cherry Ct building works.

It was hell and a nightmare for tenants exposed to this, no compensation or a room to escape the noise. There was an increase in heart condition that lead to some vacating the building under medical intervention and a suicide. The council, Camden, should have re housed us at the time but gave it little consideration to requests with false claim that they would have done.
