Transplants - Damned if you do, Damned if you don't!

I knew last year.
The courts knew last year (I filed this in my case).
The official PROVINCIAL HEALTH ADVICE on the Alberta CONSENT FORM made it clear. Read it yourself on the form. That advice hasn't changed.
So, why are people being denied transplants?
