Regrets, in all types of variations, are an integral part to the human experience.

It is something we cannot escape from and could at times, deter us from our designated paths.

Whether you have been betrayed by the ones you loved most, or feel like there were more you could have achieved in life.

The real question lies upon how you would like to move on and whether you choose to live with or without the regrets you have accumulated throughout your journey.

Recently, I had the tremendous opportunity to chat with Christopher Rausch on the “Life: The Battlefield” Podcast, who shared with me his experience living a life without regrets, how he is able to do so and the importance of it.

Christopher’s application of the “no excuse” philosophy in his life proceeded his reputation and has made him renowned for his ability to accept his failure without undermining its effect on the people in his life.
