China COVID numbers hit record, economic outlook darkens

China reported record high COVID-19 infections on Thursday (November 24), with cities nationwide imposing localized lockdowns, mass testing and other curbs that are fueling frustration and darkening the outlook for the world's second largest economy. Rachel Graham reports.
