Safer Leg Extension Alternative

I am not anti-leg extension.

But to get hypertrophy benefits that you get from leg extension without the torque on the knee, we have options.

The reverse sled-drag primarily acts thru knee extension but is not an open-chain movement with a tremendous amount of pressure on the knee.

We also walk forward most of the time so balancing that with a reverse walk is a great way to mitigate imbalance.

Try this today and do it multiple times a week!
