The upcoming superhero movie Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is based on the Marvel Comics character Black Panther. It is meant to be the follow-up to Black Panther (2018) and the 30th movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is made by Marvel Studios and released by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (MCU). Starring Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Dominique Thorne, Florence Kasumba, Michaela Coel, Tenoch Huerta, Martin Freeman, and Angela Bassett, the movie is directed by Ryan Coogler, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Joe Robert Cole. Following the passing of King T'Challa, the Wakandan authorities strive to preserve their country in the movie.
