Here's my last statement to them...

"Frustrated beyond belief... If a higher team sees this comment, please review the message. I admit my fault, but would like to see improvements when it comes to account deletion, notification of such, etc. As I told the rep at the end, I will be vlogging and stuff about this situation fairly, but hope to get a response further about this."
