▼材料 Ingredients

for 2 cups

抹茶粉 Matcha powder 8g
鮮奶 Milk 50g

鮮奶 Milk 250g
砂糖 Sugar 30g
寒天粉 Agar Agar 3g
(or 魚膠粉 Gelatin powder 6g)
淡忌廉 Whipping Cream 50g

紅豆蓉 Red bean paste
淡忌廉 Whipped cream

▼步驟 Instructions

1. 抹茶粉、鮮奶打至沒有粉粒。
2. 鮮奶、糖、寒天粉鍋中加熱,直到所有糖溶解。
3. 離火後加入抹茶奶、淡忌廉,倒入模具中。
4. 冷藏約1小時後,取出攪拌,防止沉澱。
5. 冷藏約4-5小時後,可放適量的紅豆及忌廉。

1. Whisk matcha powder and fresh milk until there are no powder particles.
2. Heat the fresh milk, sugar, and Hantian powder in a pot until all the sugar is dissolved.
3. After removing the heat, add matcha milk, light cream, and pour into the mold.
4. After refrigerating for about 1 hour, take it out and stir to prevent precipitation.
5. After refrigerating for about 4-5 hours, put an appropriate amount of red beans and cream.
