Talk, Talk, Talk (part two)

Tony Caravan's live stream of consciousness continues the one-sided conversation about too much talk and no action. The downfall of Western Civilization was due to reaction instead of proactive efforts to affect positive change. Talk, protests, etc. are an exercise in futility.
