Katherine has uncovered specific changes to the US laws that have over the years lead to the current events which she characterizes as a domestic bioterrorism and mass murder masquerading as a public health emergency response. We discuss the key aspects of law that enabled subversion of people's Constitutional rights, use of fear and propaganda and other unlawful acts by the US Government and Department of Defense. MY NOTES on this interview:
Katherine started looking into the legal aspects of the covid lockdown. She has a very detailed substack (Below). In January 2022 she heard an attorney Todd Callender interview with Dr Lee Vliet talking about the 2005 US Health Regulations and she began to get the sources and put it together. She researched all of it and found since the 1980's they have been putting in more laws in the event of a national emergency that are unconstitutional but to be used to over ride the existing constitutional law. These laws have been decades in the making right up to January 2020 and the start of COVID19.

Katharines children have a boardgame called PANDEMIC where a pandemic breaks out and the goal is to control the world through medications.

She brings up the Pfizer Whistleblower trial of Brook Jackson (Robert Barnes was her lawyer) where she claimed Pfizer was defrauding the US Government

but in court they found out the US Government was IN on the fraudulent clinical trials and everything else and it all came out in Pfizers "Motion to dismiss" in April 2022 case filings as Pfizer showed the contract that they were not obligated to conduct clinical trials but the only GOODS & SERVICES they were providing to the US Government according to their contract was a large scale manufacturing demonstration for a prototype and these contracts eliminate all the regular OVER SIGHT. They used the word "PROTOTYPE" meaning that it is a BIOWEAPON. It is a MILITARY PRODUCT as part of a MILITARY PROJECT and NOT a pharmaceutical product part of a health project. The Dept of Defense has controlled this product from the very beginning. The contracts states that the Dept of Defense has to be a participant on every single PHONE CALL, every single EMAIL, every single MEETING between Pfizer and their subcontractors and the FDA regulators. Bioweapons packaged so they look like medicine. Dept of Defense was in a position to make sure that no valid data would be made available to the FDA regulators.

HHS secretary's Alex Azar under Trump and now Xavier Becerra under Biden are the only people making these decisions for 320 million Americans! Not only did Congress put all the power into the HHS secretary's hands and they also eliminated their own OVER SIGHT power!! (They can't review or over see what the HHS secretary is doing. No judicial review). It is considered THEFT to divert any vials before being injected into peoples arms. International contract where no 3rd party can test these products. Those VAXXINES that have been smuggled away for secret testing is showing what is IN the vaxxine is NOT what is listed on the labels!! We really have no idea of what is in any of these CV19 vaxxines. Immediately after the VAX roll out, one of the Regulatory agencies said no one should do any ANTIBODY TESTING of any of the vaccinated people.
