8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
4 oz. Crab Meat
15 Egg Roll wraps
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
2 Tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Instructions

Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees.

In medium bowl mix softened cream cheese, crab, garlic salt, and green onions until well combined.

One at a time lay out an Egg Roll Wrap, spoon about 2 Tbsp. of the Crab mixture on the bottom portion or the wrap, and spread across almost end to end.

Tightly roll the wrap, with about an inch of wrap left moisten it with a little water to seal it shut and finish rolling.

Once all the rolls are completed brush them lightly with oil.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are a nice golden brown.
