He began his real estate career over 14 years ago on the residential brokerage side. There, he came up with the idea for his first book. After its release, Seth realized the true power of positioning yourself as a thought leader and adding value to others. He then decided to build on the idea of being an authority in the real estate space to reach the masses and generate more revenue.

Seth faced a critical moment in his life where he lost everything he owned to a former spouse but reframed his story and turned it into a victory. Today, he is a TED talk speaker, podcaster, author, and investor. Seth continues to build his brand around real estate to reach his own goals while also helping others get there much faster. He’s the CEO of Multifamily Real Estate Investments Inc, the founder and broker Ferguson and Co. real estate team, and the founder of The Multifamily Conference.
