Ingredients:

• 4 cups of sugar (200ml each)
• 2 medium coconuts
• 3 cups of water (200 ml each)

Method:

Grate the coconut and book.

In a pan, bring water and sugar to a boil without stirring.

When the syrup starts to thicken, add the coconut and start stirring. Stirring continuously until almost dry.

Before it gets dry, pour it on marble or in a mold (greased with margarine).

Cut the shape you want.

*If you have too much sugar, just go back to the pan with a little water and heat it up again.
