There are numerous excuses we use to distract ourselves from pain. Many of these excuses stem from fear, leading to anxiety. They also stem from us not feeling ready to engage them. Which is valid!

We need a safe space to engage them. That space is found inside you. Make the space to create a safe inner world so you don’t waste time stunting your growth in the outer world.
