Abura Zomen Recipe (Stir fried Somen Noodle) - Japanese Cooking 101

It is originally from the southern Amami islands of Kagoshima, Kyushu, Japan. The name means “Oil Somen noodle,” but it’s not greasy at all. It’s packed with Umami flavor from dried anchovy and quite tasty!
