The recipe is as follows:
1.Start with a 1lb tub of thick Greek yogurt. I used Fage. Add it to bowl.
2. Add in 2 tablespoons of monkfruit or your sweetener of choice, a splash of vanilla extract, and the zest of one full lemon.
3. Give it a good mixy mix. Give it a taste, and if you want it sweeter, add a bit more sweetener. For me, this was the perfect.
4. Next, grab 2 cups of your fav frozen fruit. I used berries & microwaved them for 1 min, stirred, then microwaved another 30ish secs. Time can vary.
5. Then grab your favorite serving bowl and layer it up. I added a tablespoon of crumbled lowcarb cookies at the base, then added the berries, yogurt, berries, more yogurt, berries, and then topped with a bit more lemon zest.
