Cauliflower has never tasted so good! No eggs and no milk! Delicious fasting dinner!
Incredibly easy and delicious dinner. Cooking is very easy and fast. The cauliflower is very tender and smooth. I have never eaten such delicious cauliflower.
Ingredients
1 cauliflower
salt 1 tsp.
Cook the cauliflower for 12-15 minutes.
2 onions
2 carrots
2 sweet peppers
600g tomatoes
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Olive oil
1.Cook the cauliflower for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of the cauliflower.
2.Chop the onion, rub the carrots on the grater, chop the sweet pepper.
3.Cut the tomatoes.
4.Pour olive oil into the pan and place carrots, fry for 5 minutes, place onion, fry for 5 minutes, place sweet pepper, fry for 10 minutes.
6.Place the tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.
7.when the sauce is ready, add the cauliflower, close the lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
