FIFA president launches explosive tirade against Western critics of Qatar

Human rights organizations have called FIFA President Gianni Infantino's nearly one-hour speech on the eve of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar "crass" and a "insult" to migrant workers.

Infantino, the head of international soccer's governing body, accused Western opponents of Qatar's human rights record of hypocrisy in a fiery tirade at the beginning of a news conference in Doha.
