Gyro Cups - A fun twist on a great sandwich | Chef Terry

I saw a recipe in a book I was reading... Yes, I read cookbooks for pleasure! They had this recipe for these meatball cups. I decided to make my own take on this recipe with Gyro Cups. I also took the liberty of deconstructing the Tzatziki!

Ingredients
2 lb Ground Lamb
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Onion, fine dice
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 Egg
3 heaping tablespoons Oat Flour (as needed)
Salt and Pepper as Usual!
1/2 tablespoon Feta per cup ( I yielded 12)

Greek yogurt, Dill and Fresh chopped onion and/or Tomato for garnish.
