Identity politics and culture have taken over mainstream entertainment and the pushback from the audiences is starting to be felt at the box office. BROS, a gay romcom, bombed in theaters, causing the writer and star Billy Eichner to come out and bash "straight people" for not supporting the film, calling them "homophobic weirdos". This bizarre strategy Hollywood has adopted has been on a tear lately, using shame and guilt to con people into watching crappy woke movies instead of just making movies people want to watch.
